Salem FUMC: Business Coordinator & Facilities Coordinator

First United Methodist Church of Salem is seeking to hire two part-time staff positions.  One is a Church Business Coordinator responsible for the business and financial affairs of the church.  The other is a half-time Facilities Coordinator responsible for all building use, rental agreements, maintenance scheduling, and custodial oversight.  If you know someone who may be interested in either position, have them contact the church office at Salem1st@wvi.com for more information.

Part-time Business Coordinator

First United Methodist Church of Salem is seeking to hire a part-time Business Coordinator.  The position is responsible for the business and financial affairs of the church, that includes maintaining a computerized financial bookkeeping system, data entry and retrieval, processing accounts receivable/payable, reconciling statements, and preparing financial statements.

Half-time Facilities Coordinator

First United Methodist Church of Salem is seeking to hire a half-time (20 hrs. per week) Facilities Coordinator.  The position is responsible for managing and scheduling the use, rent, and maintenance of the church properties.  It schedules all church and outside group use, custodial work, maintenance, rental agreements, and keeps the church master calendar.
