MAJOR DUTIES:
Serving and representing a local geographic market though frequent visits to acquire, develop and strengthen relationships with congregations, church leaders, denominational offices and key accounts. Must be able to analyze and resolve complex customer service issues, understand/articulate/document customer needs and expectations, and fulfill customer product/service needs with the highest quality of customer service. Will manage event processes and represent the organization at events. Provide leadership to local churches relating to services and products, to support their ministry needs.


REQUIREMENTS:
An Associate's degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Christian Education, or closely related field, OR at least three (3) years of retail, customer service, or outside sales experience.
Display excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills. We expect a high level of professionalism and energy. Other required skills include: sales and customer service, organizational, basic math, personal computer, mobile technology and the ability to work independently.
Knowledge of the United Methodist Church and other mainline Protestant churches, their programs, and resource needs is strongly preferred. A valid Driver's License and reliable transportation is required to serve the geographic market.
