This website may not be able to help with that, but hopefully you will be able to find what you need here!

On this page, and the menu on the left, you will find links to the areas for forms most needed by local churches. Hopefully the forms are clear and easy to use, and the due dates are well known. But if not, your first line of support is your district office. The district administrative assistant should be able to help you know what you need and how to use it.

This manual is to be used by all elders presiding at fall charge conferences. It contains guidelines and helpful information for the presiding elder and host pastor of the local church.  It includes a list of forms to be collected (including a checklist to help ensure all forms are accounted for), an agenda clarifying the responsibilities of the presiding elder and the host pastor, a short form to be completed by the presiding elder upon completion of the charge conference, and a list of the responsibilities of the host pastor when preparing for the conference.
