Benediction
May we become empty
Of the things that burden us,
Of the past events that preoccupy our attention,
Of the anxieties we harbor about the future.
And may God’s spirit fill us with
A sense of awe and wonder,
A feeling of love and peace,
And a willingness to express courage and commitment in our lives.
May it be so….
