Please follow these movements:

Loving Creator, give us courage to stand up against that which causes pain and fosters harm among us. (stand)
Give us a desire to reach out beyond ourselves. (reach upward)
Give us humility to pause and bow in the presence of your grace. (hands together and bow)
Give us inner peace that we might sit quietly and know that you are here. (as if sitting)
Amen.
