Seeking Lay Delegates to General Conference!

Please consider being a lay delegate from the Oregon-Idaho Conference to the 2016 Jurisdictional and General Conferences. Information about requirements can be found on the conference website at www.umoi.org/delegateelections. To nominate yourself, please complete the laity profile form and return it to marycfoote@yahoo.com or Mary Foote, 3298 SE Bentley St., Hillsboro, OR 97123.
If the delegate profile is returned by May 1, 2015, we'll share the profile with lay folks at the 2015 Oregon-Idaho Annual Conference Laity Session, Thursday June 11th from 8:45 to 11:30 a.m. We’ll elect delegates for the 2016 General Conference and Jurisdictional Conference during the 2015 Annual Conference. Nominations will also be taken from the floor but, to get your information out to the voting laity at Annual Conference, please submit your information prior to May 1, 2015.

As a member at the Hillsboro United Methodist Church she is active in many areas, but has a special passion for Hispanic Ministry and the English as a second language program.
