Bend Church, along with Nativity Lutheran, is seeking a full-time youth ministries director.
This collaborative, ecumenical, progressive middle school and high school youth ministry leadership position requires the following qualities:

• Strong relational skills
• Fun-loving
• Committed Christian faith and discipleship
• Ability to communicate faith with students
• Readiness to experience shared leadership
• High emotional intelligence

Our youth ministries involve worship and youth community development in both congregations and co-leadership of the Bend Youth Collective, an ecumenical, community youth group grounded in justice and the ways of Jesus.
