The ideal Director of Ministries will have a passion for people, a desire to see God working in and through the gifts of Gresham United Methodist Church, and the community, to transform lives and systems. The Director of Ministries will be responsible for supporting and creating new ministries for the church and the community. Creativity and imagination are key elements for ministry in the 21st century. The ideal candidate will be rooted in the Christian faith and open to explore deeper ways to grow spiritually, while inviting others on the journey.
