Christ UMC is seeking a part-time (.5 FTE) Director of Youth Ministries to develop programs that create an inclusive community where teenagers grow in love for God and for neighbor. The Director of Youth Ministries will primarily direct the youth ministries, while being invited to participate in the team leadership of the church staff — supporting each other’s projects by offering input and help to one another. Interested candidates should have a heart for discipling teenagers and reaching new people for Christ, an ability to empower youth leadership and adult volunteers, and experience in event organizing.
