Director of Youth Spiritual Formation

Hillsboro United Methodist Church is seeking a Director of Youth Spiritual Formation.  This dynamic, diverse and progressive church is looking for someone to help us develop a relational, intentional youth ministry centered on spiritual growth and integrated into the wider ministry and mission of our congregation.  The ability to relate well with youth, grades 6-12, and their families, along with creativity and organizational skills will be highly valued assets for this position.

This is a quarter-time position on a small, collaborative staff.  Salary is in the $8,500 - $10,000 year range depending on qualifications and experience.
