The Oregon-Idaho Conference is seeking a District Administrator to support churches and clergy through record-keeping and connecting them to denominational resources, newsletters, and more for the Columbia District. The District Administrator supports the District Superintendent through scheduling, filing, event promotion and other tasks as needed. 

The position is part-time non-exempt (30 hours per week) and offers a flexible-hybrid remote work arrangement within a compressed workweek schedule Monday – Thursday. The office is located in Portland, Oregon.
The position may require some traveling, evening and weekend work on a very limited basis.
The Compensation and Benefits Package: Salary is $24.65 per hour. Benefits include health insurance (medical, dental and vision), life and disability insurance, employer contribution of 12% to a 403 (b) retirement plan, wellness plan incentives, generous paid time off (vacation, personal and sick) and holiday pay. The Conference also provides a monthly technology stipend for remote work.
