Pianist Needed - Tualatin UMC
We are a United Methodist Church in Tualatin Oregon. We are a progressive congregation, fully inclusive and welcoming.
We would love to hear from you if you are interested in being our Sunday morning pianist. We have a praise team director/guitarist, a bass guitarist and several vocalists. We need our pianist to be familiar with and play traditional, contemporary, and new music. We have incorporated classical, gospel, rock, and jazz accents at times. Sight reading is a needed skill. We utilize chord charts, lead sheets, full scores and invite creativity.
We have our rehearsal and warm up time at 8:30 Sunday Morning and then we lead the music for the 10am worship.
The Pianist is paid $150.00 per Sunday.
