Columbia District Year End Reports
Several reports are due from the local church and/or clergy persons in January, which we collectively call the "year end" reports because they reflect back on the past year or provide information necessary as we look toward the new year.
Reports are due by January 31. See the table below for the list of reports and who is responsible for each.
The People Portal is where clergy will access their "Clergy Continuing Education Report." The People Portal link can be found at the bottom right of each page at www.umoi.org. The Church Dashboard is where the "Membership Report" and "Parsonage Report" are accessed, the link also found at the bottom right of each page at www.umoi.org.
Worksheets are available below to help gather and input information to the online forms. The worksheets are fillable and should be downloaded and saved to your computer before completing.
The Statistical Reports are completed online at stats.gcfa.org. There is a direct link to this site in your Church Dashboard. Information about these reports will be sent out from the Conference Treasurer's Office. That information and supporting resources is available at www.umoi.org/statistics.

The Fund Balance Report/Local Church Audit covering 2022 is due April 30, 2023. But you can start working on it anytime after January 1st!
