Early bird registration for NLI ends Jan. 31
Church leaders have the opportunity to engage in fruitful discussion about ministry and more at Boise First United Methodist Church Cathedral of the Rockies’ annual Northwest Leadership Institute in March.
The theme for this year’s two-day seminar March 8-9 is “Re-(form)ation.” Semper reformanda (always reforming) is one of the enduring slogans often associated with the Protestant reformation. The church is here, 500 years later, reforming again.
The Rev. Duane Anders of Cathedral of the Rockies and author, speaker, activist and public theologian Brian McLaren will lead the large group discussions with breakout sessions and ministry-specific workshops to be held after.
Early bird registration, $89 for the seminar, ends on Jan. 31. After that, it costs $99 to attend per individual. People under 30 can attend for free. Discounts are offered to groups of three or more who register. Additionally, by registering for the Northwest Leadership Institute covers the cost of registration for the Bishop’s Symposium on March 7 if participants wish to attend.
