Doris McConnell                       December 11, 1931 – October 4, 2016
                       
 
Doris McConnell, widow of retired pastor Bruce McConnell, died October 4, 2016.  She is survived by her daughters Mary Lynn, Marla Kay; son John Mark and daughter Laura.
 
Reverend McConnell served Erie in the Rocky Mountain Conference; Amity, John Day, Salem Morningside, Beaverton, Southern District Superintendent, Executive Director, Western Small Membership/Town and Country Project, Eugene, Executive Director, Western Small Membership/Town & Country Project, Filer, Idaho and La Grande United Methodist Church in the Oregon-Idaho Conference. He retired in 1992.
 
 A private memorial service will be held at a later date.
