Stewardship is our answer to God for the gifts given to us. We give back from the abundance of life that God has given us. When we do so with love, grace, and gratitude it strengthens our relationship to God and helps us build the kingdom of God - right here on earth. And here's the good news. Giving and stewardship can be fun and joyful!

Inspiring Generosity

Inspiring Generosity is a weekly email message from Cesie Delve Scheuermann. Cesie is a consultant in stewardship, development, and grant writing. Over the past decade, while working as a volunteer and part-time consultant, she helped raise over $3 million dollars for numerous non-profit organizations.

Each week she offers ideas about how churches can bring congregations closer to God by inspiring generosity in the hearts of donors and helping them build a stronger relationship with God.

Read past issues of Inspiring Generosity or subscribe to receive her email each Wednesday. The posts are organized under the topics, "Thank," "Tell," and "Ask" (with appreciation to Chick Lane and his excellent book, Ask, Thank, Tell). Click on one of the three from the column on the left and start getting inspired.
